DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE
We collect the following information to provide you with our fitness tracking services:
- Health data from Apple Health
- Workouts logged manually in the app
- Body measurements and weight
- Exercise records and progress
DATA STORAGE
We do NOT:
- Store your data on external servers
- Share your information with third parties
- Use your data for marketing purposes
- Track your location
Your data is:
- Stored locally on your device
- Synced with Apple Health when permitted
- Protected by your device's security
- Only accessible through your personal device
APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION
With your permission, MySnapFit can:
- Read workout data
- Access heart rate information
- Sync exercise records
- Store body measurements
USER CONTROL
You can:
- Choose what data to share with Apple Health
- Delete your data at any time
- Export your information
- Restrict app permissions
DISCLAIMER
Use of MySnapFit Application
By using MySnapFit ("the App"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Health and Safety
- Consult your physician before starting any exercise program
- Exercise at your own risk
- Stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort
- The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice
Accuracy
- Metrics, calculations, and analytics are estimates
- Heart rate, calorie, and other measurements may vary in accuracy
- Data sync and functionality dependent on device compatibility
User Responsibility
- You are responsible for entering accurate information
- Maintain proper form and technique during exercises
- Follow appropriate rest and recovery guidelines
- Stay within your physical limitations
No Medical Advice
- The App does not provide medical guidance
- Features and recommendations are for reference only
- Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition
Liability
- We are not liable for injury or damage from App use
- No warranty for accuracy of exercise information
- No guarantee of fitness results or outcomes
By continuing to use MySnapFit, you accept these terms and assume all risks associated with exercise and fitness activities.
TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, accessing, or using the MySnapFit application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
7-Day Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial period. After the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for a monthly subscription unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged through your Apple ID account.
Grace Period
If a payment fails, you will receive a 3-day grace period to update your payment information and maintain access to the App.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
3. ACCESS AND USAGE
- An active subscription is required to access the App after the free trial period
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
- One subscription allows access on devices connected to your Apple ID
- You may not share your account with others
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to provide accurate information when using the App
- You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You will not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Amezola LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the App
- We make no warranties regarding the App's accuracy, reliability, or availability
- We are not responsible for any data loss or device damage
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription
7. CHANGES TO SERVICE
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time
- Change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice
- Update these Terms of Use (effective immediately upon posting)
- Add or remove features without notice
8. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms of Use
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of subscription fees after grace period
- Any conduct we deem harmful to the App or other users
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Amezola LLC regarding the use of MySnapFit and supersede all prior agreements.
